As the world becomes ever more connected through the Internet and Social Networking it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep track of where information is going and who has it. I understand my clients may have concerns about providing me with their personal information ranging from email addresses to physical addresses, phone and credit card numbers, and various other pieces of personally identifying information disclosed in the course of doing business.
I would like to assure my clients, potential clients, and vendors that I am not in the business of sharing personal information beyond that which is necessary to provide the quality service you deserve. As a result I do not:
- Sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to anyone who doesn’t need it to perform the task for which I have been hired.
- Keep non-encrypted backups of my client files on cloud services or otherwise trust the security and integrity of your private information to third-party storage sites where I have no control over the security practices in place.
- Disclose your information to a third-party without informing you of what I’m doing and why.
Personal privacy is a serious issue and I take responsibility of trust equally seriously. My clients and vendors can do business with me knowing that I will do everything in my power to make sure that they have a pleasant, safe, and secure experience.
